Guitar, Piano and Lead Vocals

Rich had his first experience with God at the altar of a small church when he was five years old and in recalling it today, he still marks that moment as the first encounter he would have with Jesus.

After a wayward period in his early teens in the 80’s, he rededicated his heart to Christ and was prayed over for the gift of music.  This immediately sparked an interest in music and at the age of 16 he started playing drums in church and a small local Christian band.

As his musical interest progressed he found the most intimate times with God occurred at the family piano where he sang and played whatever came out of his heart.  It was in those times Rich developed his passion to write songs before the Lord.

While attending Oral Roberts University, he learned to play acoustic guitar as an accompaniment to lead worship and further his love for writing songs.  After graduation, he spent the next 14 years worshiping in the local Church and would produce his first musical project titled “Author of Life” in 2004.

It was through these experiences that he developed a strong bond with four incredible musicians that would go on to materialize into the vision for Highway 358.  Today, Rich sings and plays with the band with the sole purpose of glorifying God and desires to introduce His presence through music to all that will listen.
